Several important pieces of construction equipment were assembled and are in operations this week. One of largest and most impressive machinery is the crawler crane. Sitting on a set of crawler, or tracks, this crane is capable of lifting and moving up to 600 tons of material safely and economically:

Zooming in a bit closer past the crane, you can see a section of a conveyor system along the facility perimeter being put together. These will be critical in the operations of EAF by transporting various alloys to and from as well as delivering flux to the electric arc furnace.
